For payments by cheque, we accept personal/business cheques, bank cheques and postal orders. Please note that orders by cheque are not processed until the funds have cleared and this takes three working days. Orders for which payment has not been received within fourteen days will be cancelled. Please note, all payments must be made in Australian Dollars. Any payments in foreign currencies will be refused.

The Legs Eleven Clothing Company is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries for parcels that have not been signed for. By choosing a delivery method that does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms. The Legs Eleven Clothing Company is unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels. We highly recommend using a business/work address as your delivery address as signatures may be required for delivery.

Should you wish to have your delivery through Australia Post Registered mail service this will attract an extra fee of $5.00 per order.

Delivery Methods

Parcel Post (Australia Post) The Legs Eleven Clothing Company cannot be held responsible for any parcels sent using this method as it is not a traceable system. By accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole responsibility for the parcel. No compensation will be offered by The Legs Eleven Clothing Company in the case of non-delivery. Delivery times are dependant on your location.

Customs For Overseas Orders

Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately The Legs Eleven Clothing Company is not able to estimate what these charges might be.
